Abstract

The name Bakso Kota was chosen by Abdurahman Toekiman for his attempt to describe his struggle as a successful villager in the city. Born in Trenggalek, East Java, Cak Man, as his famous name, first migrated to Malang as a meatball seller. Because his skipper went bankrupt, Cak Man was entrusted to another skipper. The difference is now he's carrying a meatball cart. From this second skipper, Cak Man explored the ins and outs of the meatball business, starting from shopping and choosing raw materials to mixing seasonings. Analysis of Cak Man City Meatballs in terms of product variables, is the central point of marketing activities. Pricing policies can be made at any level of the franchise. This has become one of Cak Man's strategies where the price set by Cak Man is relatively affordable at all levels. Starting from Rp. 1000, - up to Rp. 1,500, - ready to fill the customer's bowl. Furthermore, consumer psychological factors indicate that the tendency of customers to consume Cak Man Malang City Meatballs is due to the suitability or deliciousness of the City Meatballs. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of product variables, prices, and psychological factors on purchasing decisions for Cak Man City Meatballs at Ruko Panglima Sudirman Malang. The analysis tool used is the SPSS For Windows 11 program. The results showed that simultaneously product, price, and psychological factors had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cak Man City Meatballs at Ruko Panglima Sudirman Malang. This is indicated by the product, price, and psychological factors on the purchasing decision of Cak Man City Meatballs at the Panglima Sudirman Ruko Malang. While partially or individually the variables of each product variable, price and psychological factors have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Cak Man City Meatballs in Ruko Panglima Sudirman Malang, with shown that each calculated t value is greater than t table or sig.t value is smaller than the alpha (α) value of 5%.
