ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Organizational culture can help cadre performance, because it creates an extraordinary level of motivation for cadres to give their best abilities in taking advantage of the opportunities provided by their organization. In order to create an organizational culture that is suitable for application to an organization, it is necessary to have support and participation from all members within the scope of the organization. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Banyuwangi GOLKAR Party employees. The population in the research was all employees in the Banyuwangi GOLKAR Party, totaling 127 people, using census sampling.
The Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression coefficient value of 0.259, this means that if the value of other independent variables is constant or does not change, then every 1 point or 1% increase in the Organizational Culture variable will increase employee performance by 0.259. The Leadership Style variable (X2) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression coefficient value of 0.385. This means that if the value of other independent variables is constant or does not change, then every 1 point or 1% increase in the Leadership Style variable will increase Employee Performance by 0.385.
